January each year. Since 1909 it has held a unique place among
expository publications. While the fundamentals of the faith such
as the Inspiration of Scripture, the Deity of Christ, and the basic
necessity of His one sacrifice are most tenaciously held, the out-
standing character of this magazine is its adherence to the principle
of Right Division (2 Tim. 2:15) and the encouragement of the Berean
attitude (Acts 17:11). The student will find every help given concerning
the original Hebrew and Greek words, and a unique feature of the
exposition is to give the literary structure in such cases where it is
deemed to be helpful."

"Since the first number of The Berean Expositor, as far as
human
limitations have allowed, the claims of a rightly divided Word
of truth have been honoured in its pages. We trust that our
readers perceive that the study of dispensational truth is only
of value as it reveals the fullness of Christ, which fullness
is the glory of the Prison Epistles.
Now that
the long period of pioneering has in measure passed,
we intend, as grace is given, to sound this note more emphatically
in future issues.
We
commend to every reader the words of Col. iii. 11:--
“CHRIST
IS ALL, AND IN ALL”
and make
it our prayer that the witness of this magazine may, in
some degree, merit this glorious message as its motto.
